I was a little surprised when I was perusing the news coverage a little bit ago on this non-guy Roberts and he seemed pretty palatable. Like he wasn't going to rock the boat. That being said, one thing to keep in mind that everyone keeps harping on: no one seems to predict how a person will behave once they're "above the law" on the Supreme Court.
