The Black Table has a step-by-step instructional essay (with dozens of photos) entitled "The Road to Turducken." I'm not going to lie to you, it's really pretty gross. Strong stomach required.

That website is awesome, btw. I've previously linked to their tutorial on making prison wine. Check it out again if you need a refresher course.

AMERICAN TRADITIONS

Ahh, Thanksgiving. I prefer to celebrate it the classic American way – watching the Detroit Lions lose by 30, eating until everything goes white, seeing relatives I don't like, and distributing smallpox-covered blankets.
