		<description>Even after the numbers are in the Never-Right pulls shitty stuff like Tom Delay&#039;s second &quot;Gerrymandering&quot; of districts in Tejas.  Usually the states draw up the districts once a decade after the census numbers are in, but Delay pushed thru a second redistricting when it didn&#039;t look like his party would win enough seats to please him in Congress.  I still hope to see them become the Whigs of the 21st Century!!</description>
